How to choose glass type for your frame

We offer a variety of different glass types and knowing which one to choose is dependant on what level of protection and clarity you want for your image.

If your frame will hang in a place that has a lot of light, you may be best choosing our non-reflective glass. Outside light can transmit through glass and reflect which distracts your eye from the image. Non-reflective glass diffuses these reflections meaning you can see the image with more clarity and less distractions. This type of glass however, would not protect from UV light fading, only UV glass does. We also offer a UV non-reflect glass which ties together protection from UV light and non-reflective glass.

If you are looking for our premium glass however, then choose museum glass. This glass offers UV protection whilst providing the highest level of clarity available, it looks almost invisible. Museum glass is conservation standard.
